Lakeside Companies Acquires The Highlands Golf Course in Post Falls, Idaho

COEUR D’ALENE, IDAHO – June 29, 2026 - Lakeside Companies is pleased to announce the 

acquisition of The Highlands Golf Course in Post Falls, Idaho. The Highlands acquisition is 

the latest investment by Lakeside in the local community, and the transaction reflects 

Lakeside's confidence in the future of The Highlands.

Day-to-day operations at The Highlands will continue without interruption with the existing

and resources to the course as the new long-term owner and operator.

Built in 1990 and known for its scenic layout and relaxed atmosphere, The Highlands will 

continue to welcome golfers of all skill levels. The course is regarded as one of the best 

practice facilities in the area featuring a large pitching green, expansive putting green, and 

grass tee driving range offering nearly 400 yards of hitting length in addition to the

picturesque 18-hole course.
