About
Birds of Prey Northwest is a nonprofit wildlife rehabilitation and conservation organization dedicated to inspiring a deeper appreciation for birds of prey through unforgettable, up-close encounters with live raptors.
Experience the thrill of standing just feet away from majestic eagles, hawks, falcons, and owls while learning the remarkable stories of their rescue, rehabilitation, and survival. Our educational ambassadors create an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages, offering a rare opportunity to connect with some of nature’s most powerful and awe-inspiring birds.
From May through October, guests can schedule guided tours of our Raptor Ranch in St. Maries, Idaho, where you’ll go behind the scenes to meet our resident educational birds and learn about the vital work of wildlife rehabilitation.
Each year, Birds of Prey Northwest also rescues and provides expert medical care to injured, sick, and orphaned wild raptors with one goal in mind; returning healthy birds to their natural habitat whenever possible.
Whether you’re planning a family outing, looking for an educational adventure, or simply love wildlife, a visit to Birds of Prey Northwest is an inspiring experience you won’t soon forget.
